Reducing Chargebacks / Identifying Fraudulent Transactions

Here's some important steps you should take to avoid online credit card fraud & chargebacks.
 
1. Verify the actual physical card when you either deliver a customer's order or they pick-up their order. Make sure to compare the last 4 numbers from the physical card to what's on the notification receipt.
2. Verify the client's ID to ensure the name matches to what's on the card.
