Step 1: Login to the Orders2me dashboard and click "Menu." (For info on how refer to How do I access the back-end of my menu to change items and settings?)
Step 2: Go to the top of the page and hover your cursor over "Settings" and click "Feedback."
Step 3: Scroll down to "Settings" and type the messages you'd prefer to give to the customer.
Note: You can add coupon codes in the thank you message to customers.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Settings." Customers will now see these messages when leaving feedback.
