How can I view items that aren't mapped on my POS?

Step 1: Login to the Orders2me dashboard and click "Menu." (For info on how to refer to How Do I Access The Back-End Of My Menu To Change Items And Settings?)

Step 2: Go to the top of the page where it says "Settings" and click on "POS Settings" in the drop-down menu.

Step 3: You will be directed to your POS settings, Click on "View Unmapped."

Step 4: Choose categories and click "Change" to see unmapped items in those categories.

Note: Click "All Categories" to view all unmapped items. 

Step 5: To the right of unmapped items it will say "Set Items POS Mappings." Click on it to map that unmapped item. Repeat until all items are mapped

Note: Useful once you finished mapping most POS items already.
