How Do I Submit A Refund For An Online Order? ( New UI )

Step 1: Go to Order History

 

Step 2: Find & Select the order you want to refund

 

Step 3: Submit the total refund amount & leave an optional note for the customer

 

Step 4: View the confirmation message and refund records for selected order

 

 

 

Please note: Refunds must be enabled via the gateway settings & sometimes it may take 24 hours to process a refund because the batch must settle.
