If you're having issues with connecting to the POS Connector app (either for POS integration or print capability) or the Aldelo Integration app, you may be blocking HTTPS outbound traffic via a firewall. The firewall might be on the actual computer, or managed at the network level.
You need to make a few exceptions in your firewall settings configuration for the following resources for Orders2me to communicate properly:

You would also need to ensure that SSL (port 443) is open on your firewall.

These exceptions will let the app communicate with our systems and the Amazon cloud queues to properly receive orders.
