We've enabled a feedback feature to be sent to clients automatically after placing their order asking them to rate their experience to potentially target dissatisfied clients before they make their experience public. 

They will be able to rate their experience on a 1-5 star basis for multiple categories.

After a client submits a feedback - it will go to the email address(s) registered on the restaurant ONLY - this is not made available public.

You can enable the option, if a client leaves anything above a 4.5 star rating to prompt them with your public pages for them to review your business there as well.
