In order for your Orders2me online account to integrate with your Aldelo POS terminals, you need to have an API license from Aldelo enabled on your server.
To verify if this is already installed, follow the below steps
Navigate to your Back Office on Aldelo (you may be prompted to enter an admin code)
Select Help at top & navigate to Service Status
You'll be prompted with the following dialog box;
If you see Active by API Integration - you are already licensed & good to go

If you are prompted with the following window - you'll need to contact Aldelo direct & enroll in their annual Support Contract which includes the Aldelo API.
