Log in to the Orders2me dashboard
Step 1: Click Orders
If the customer has already ordered all you need to do is go into the order scroll all the way down.
Step 2: Click Ban All By Phone, Email, Card, and Device
Find the specific order
Click the drop-down arrow at the right hand side - you'll see an option called Ban Customer
Once selected a dialog box will appear - click Ban Customer
If you accidentally banned a user, you can follow the same steps. Once you hit ban customer on drop-down you will see a dialog window showing you Un-ban Customer.
