Follow the process below if one of the following applies:
  • member requests to be removed from marketing campaigns
  • member accidentally removed themselves from the marketing campaigns

 

Step 1 : Login to your restaurant on the Orders2me back-end https://ordering.orders2.me/admin/

Step 2 : Select Orders & find the users order

Step 3 : Find the customers order or use the search tool & enter their email address

(Make sure to select the Customer Email option from the drop-down)

Step 4: Click the drop-down arrow on the right hand side. You'll want to select Opt In/Out to either add or remove a member.

Step 5: You'll be prompted with 1 of the following messages - proceed accordingly. 

This below will opt out the member

This will opt the member back in
