If you are experiencing issues with online orders being submitted to your POS but the checks appear empty on printout or on your RES open checks screen - you'll want to review the online order via the Orders2me dashboard & verify that any items ordered are linked to Micros MID that have a corresponding menu item class.
If there is none selected via your POS Configurator - you'll need to set one or it will not display on your POS.
If after verifying this & restarting the local service, your order still doesn't print
