Follow the below steps if ;

  • You've made some changes to your local Micros database but aren't seeing those items online
  • Power outage or failure & orders are not showing up in your Micros POS
  • Micros POS system restart
  • You've received an email stating 'Online Ordering POS Issue: Restaurant Name'
This is for local installations such as IP Printout or the Micros 3700 POS connector.

Step 1 : Find the Services.msc application on your Windows system, this can be done in a number of ways

You already have a Services shortcut on your Desktop - double click it to launch


Press and hold the Windows Logo key and press R 


When the run command displays you'll want to type the following command services.msc & hit Ok 


Step 2 : Scroll down to the service named Online Ordering POS Integration 


Step 3: Right Click the Service & hit Restart
