If you see an offline message on the Orders2me back-end such as: 

Your POS app seems to be offline! Last working time: (TIME/DATE of Last Pulse)

or

Your tablet app seems to be offline! Last working time: (TIME/DATE of Last Pulse)

You need to check you have an active connection on your Orders2me order receiving application whether its the Android Tablet Application or the PC local integration app.
