If you'd like customers to have the option to remove default toppings from their menu items, the following steps need to be taken.
1 - Make sure your toppings are set to default for that specific menu item
This is how it will be displayed to customers on your menu
2 - Reach out to Orders2me support via email (support@orders2.me) requesting the ability to offer No Toppings
Once this has been activated on our end, customers can uncheck default toppings in their order flow & this will print show in their cart as removed & it'll display as such on your tickets
