When Orders2me configures your integration, we will add a new payment tender type to your POS system such as Paid Online or Web Payment. For most setups, this payment should automatically be available on your general payment screen, if it isn't you'll need to edit your screen designer.
If someone pays for their order online, you would use the new Paid Online button to close out their check after you've delivered their order or when they arrive to pick up their order.
Note: all online orders (even the prepaid ones) are left open in your POS system. This allows ease of use for your restaurant staff to find & pick up those orders. You can opt to have these orders automatically close upon submission, but it isn't something we suggest.
If someone does not prepay for their order online (assuming your Pay Later option is enabled), they will be expected to pay for their order when it's either picked up or delivered to them. If this is the case, you simply ring them up like you would any other in-person transaction. They can pay with cash, credit card or any other method you offer at the restaurant level.
