When using an integrated ordering setup, all online orders are routed directly into your POS. In order to run a smooth integration, you need to map each online menu item or modifier to their database counterparts.
For example

As you'll notice, we're displaying the full menu item name to the customer when they are viewing your online ordering menu online to place their order but we are mapping that online menu item to the database item that it corresponds to.
So if a customer orders Henry's Original 12" Cheese Pizza --- it will be sent to the POS & kitchen printers or to your KDS as the 12 Chz Pizza (as this is what your kitchen staff is already familiar with)
