If you aren't already familiar, Micros uses 'classes' in their programming.
Menu item classes are a little different than print classes.
These menu item classes are important as they will define if;
- item is a taxable item
- item is a modifier or menu item
- alot more but the above that are the most important for our programming
Now, this comes in very important especially when a customer is saying we have items or modifiers we can't locate under the POS Settings page for that item under the Orders2me backend.
Its important to understand that
Orders2me Item | Micros Menu Item & condiment IS NOT! checked off under it's menu item class for that specific menu item |
Orders2me Modifier/Option | Micros condiment is checked off under it's menu item class for that specific menu item |
