If you are having trouble receiving your orders, you may just need to reset your system.
To reset copy whatever fields in which you are receiving the orders (i.e Fax, phone, email, txt) -- erase it, press SAVE ORDER RECEIVING SETTINGS.
Then add whatever you just removed back onto the receiving your orders page and press save again.
