Here are graphical instructions on how to restart online integration services for Windows 7.
On Windows 7, press Windows logo (on keyboard) + R to open the "Run" window
then type: "SERVICES.MSC"
Press Enter to open the Services window
On the services window look for the service name: "Online Ordering POS Integration Service" Right-click it and select "Restart".
