If you are connecting your API Login ID & Transaction Key via Orders2me & receiving any of the following errors, its due to a misconfiguration between your Authorize.net account & your merchant processor.
We attempted a test charge to make sure your processing is working properly, but the charge failed. The error returned from your processor was:
- "User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values"
- "The error returned from your processor was: This transaction has been declined"
That means something is off/wrong with your merchant account. Your Orders2me account to the gateway account is good, but when the gateway goes to your merchant account, that error happens.
You'll need to contact your Merchant Service Provider, to find out what is wrong with your merchant account.
