If you are experiencing trouble with your tablet not staying connected, please follow these steps:
STEP 1 - Logout of the Orders2me Online Ordering Management application
STEP 2 - Make sure the tablet is plugged in to power at all times
STEP 3 - In the Android device settings, forget the current WiFi network settings & then configure your connection again
STEP 4 - Clear the local Online Ordering Management application cache https://support.orders2.me/hc/en-us/articles/211160823-Clear-the-Tablet-Application-Cache
STEP 5 - Navigate to the Google Play Store to make sure you are running the most up to date version of the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.getordering.restaurantmanager&hl=en_US
STEP 6 - Sign back in to the application
