You may find that some items or modifiers are not showing up or printing out the correct items or condiments/modifiers after an order is placed.
**WE ALWAYS HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERY CLIENT REVIEW MENU MAPPINGS!**
This is to ensure that you are receiving the correct order when a customer places an order, we try to always do extensive testing with clients but sometimes time restrictions may not allow us to review every item/condiment/modifier.
Follow these steps to review the items and modifiers, I also included reviewing category-wide modifiers!
STEP 1: Log in to your orders2me backend dashboard! https://ordering.orders2.me/admin/user/login
STEP 2: Click settings and then drop down to POS Settings

STEP 4: To review each item and modifier, simply click here on the change category tab, and work your way through each category, reviewing ALL the menu mappings
To review the Category-Wide Options Mappings, you must click the button to the right-hand side.

If you make any changes always be sure to save the button that says SAVE POS VALUES.
