Working with a New Online Order
As a new online order is received, you can either have all orders automatically confirmed or require each order to be manually confirmed, adjust the time or reject it entirely.
Adjusting the Order Lead Time for a New Online Order
You can easily adjust individual orders prep times as needed upon order notification.
If you have Order Tracker enabled, easily update clients on the status of their order & mark it done.
This setting requires you have the Enable Order Tracker enabled on the Tablet/Tracker settings page via the Orders2me dashboard.
Adjust Your Prep Time or Disable/Enable Delivery
Easily adjust your order prep time in busy times. You can also enable or disable order types as needed.
Print & Mark Order as Done
Finalize orders & mark as done once customer has either picked or their order has been delivered.
Disable or Enable Items as needed
Easily 86 an item as it sells out or re-enable it once ready.

Submitting an online order refund from Tablet
If you need to submit a refund for an online order, you can do so from the tablet. (Please note, refunds via API must be enabled from the payment gateway you are using.)
